- Job Description and Skills Needed:
- – Must have working experience in Teamcenter Unified, AWC, and Teamcenter – CAD/ERP Integrations.
– Must have knowledge of Product configurator and TC-SAP interface and should independently solve the issues related to it.
– Must have a working knowledge of modules like MPP, Schedule Manager, Teamcenter Workflow Viewer and Designer, Structure Manager, Material/Document authoring., and Change Manager, and equivalent usage experience in AWC is a must.
– Should know the standard business processes and have experience in user Support.
– Should have knowledge of handling ticket systems like ServiceNow, Jira, etc.
– Coordinate Functional groups to gather requirements and drive the To-Be business process with all the stakeholders.
– In-depth knowledge of Teamcenter/AWC Architecture, Data Model, and Configuration aspects is a must.
– Working knowledge of Dispatchers and Teamcenter performance tuning.
– To Support document, BOM, Material and Change management release process in general by correcting documents and resolving users doubts, correct, update and reactivating workflows.
– Ability to work independently based on the existing documentation with minimal supervision.
– Should have experience in creating /updating documentation for users and organizations.
– User training experience will be an added advantage.
– Excellent organization, planning, and management abilities and a distinctive service orientation
– Used to work under pressure and adhere to SLA
– Very strong customer focus, appetite for travel, and interest in working in a global delivery environment with a geographically dispersed team.
– A high degree of personal integrity and confidence.
– Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
